And being so close to the shore means you can drift off to the soothing sounds of the ocean - the hotel is a hair's breadth from the Caribbean Sea. This calm stretch of the deep blue is protected from waves by a coral reef alive with glittering shoals of tropical fish. Think of all the days stretched out in front of you where you can soak it all up. Shades on, head back – sitting at the water's edge as the cool surf splashes over you. But draw your eyes back into your room for now – you've got a refreshing night's sleep ahead of you. You'll wake up to the sun dancing through your window, inviting you down to the pools. Set right on the edge of the beach, from certain angles the swimming pools look like they're floating on the sea. Recline on a partially submerged sunbed and imagine you're on your very own paradise island. And as if that wasn't enough to chill you out, there are two whirlpool baths that will rejuvenate you. When you are ready to hit the dance floor again you're only a few minutes from the centre of Cancun where you can party till dawn if the mood takes you.
